About Fairwood Crest HOA

Fairwood Crest Homeowners Association (HOA) was incorporated on March 15, 1967, as part of a broader Fairwood community plan that includes Fairwood Crest, Fairwood West, Fairwood Greens, and the Fairwood Country Club, to which residents of all three Fairwood communities are welcome to join. Fairwood Crest HOA has 274 homes and includes five common properties; four parks and one cul-de-sac greenery circle off of SE 172nd.

Our Parks

The Fairwood Crest parks are informally referred to as the:

  • Upper Park, on the SW corner of SE 170thSt. and 136th Pl SE
  • Lower Park, between 132nd and 133rd Pl SE
  • Entrance Park near 140th Ave. (aka “the flagpole park”), on the NW corner of 140th Ave. SE and SE 171st Way
  • Entrance Park near Petrovitsky Rd, on NE Petrovitsky Rd. and 134th Ave. SE

The Upper Park includes a fenced-in dog run at the south end of the park; and playground equipment, and basketball hoops with backboards toward the north end of the park.

The Lower Park includes playground equipment, basketball hoops with backboards, and a large, open field of grass. Along the SE edge of the park is a split-rail, fenced-in, salmon-habitat restoration through which Molasses Creek flows to the north. HOA monthly dues pay for, among other expenses, the parks’ maintenance.

Community Events

The Fairwood Crest HOA Board of Trustees provides planning and funding for several annual community events, primarily the Spring Fling in April and National Night Out in August.
