Q: How to Submit your ACC?

A: ACC (Architectural Control Committee) Form are used to help approve changes to member property. Fill out the ACC form and submit to the

info@fairwoodcrest.com. The board will evaluate and notify you of approval (or rejection).

Q: When and Where are the Meetings?

A: Fairwood Crest HOA Board Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm PT. These are Hybrid meetings with in-person at King County

Sheriff Office - KCSO Fairwood Substation (17620 140th AVE SE #C10, Renton, WA 98058); and online zoom (see via member portal for link).

Q: Where to find Meeting Minutes?

A: Within the member portal, go to Meeting Minutes.

Q: When is the Annual Meeting?

A: Annual Meeting is held on the 2nd Wednesday in September at 7pm PT.

Q: Who do I notify if there is a problem with our street lights (ie out or damaged)?

A: Contact PSE at 1-888-225-5773, include the pole number/identification on the pole. Note: as part of our Cedar River Water & Sewer (CRWS) billing, we

already pay for this service to have these light poles maintained.

Q: Who do I notify if there is a problem in the park?

A: If a security/safety issue, contact 911 and also let the Fairwood Crest HOA board know about the issue. If general concern or need, contact (email)

Fairwood Crest HOA board and include your question, concern, need, etc.

Q: How to become more involved in the Fairwood Crest Community?

A: Come to meetings, volunteer to help with events & committees, or let board know of your interests and needs.

Q: What is our primary portal for community information?

A: You should have received an email form T-Square (Fairwood Crest HOA’s Property Management Company) on our new member portal, which is called

TownSq (June 2026). Prior portal was Pilera (May 2021-June 2026); and prior to that it was Condominium Management.

Q: Where and how do I Pay my dues and fines?

A: The Board recommends that your can either physically send a check or push from your bank to:
