Fairwood Crest HOA employs T-Square Property Management to handle our accounts-management functions. In June 2026, T-Square transitioned from client portal Pilera to TownSQ (generally referred to as “TownSquare”). We encourage you to occasionally visit your TownSQ member account to check account accuracy, read announcements, and explore the features and functions of the site.

Update your profile & notifications: Click your name in the upper right corner of the homepage.
Need to reach an Admin? Use the Request feature in the left-side menu under Communication Tools.
Stay informed: Check out News & Events for announcements and your community calendar.
Find documents fast: Head to the Documents section under Tools in the left-side menu.
Explore resources: Look for the TownSq Resources folder in the Documents section for helpful guides to make the most of your TownSq experience.
